Walkthrough first

Amanda walks the building with you — about 20 minutes — and sets the checklist by area and how often each item happens.

Step 2

One flat monthly rate

You get a written scope and a single monthly price. Small churches typically land at $250–1,000/month depending on frequency; single visits run $85–250.

Step 3

30-day cancel · 24-hour fix-it

Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Anything missed is fixed within 24 hours of you telling us — in writing.

Ranges are typical for Middle Georgia, not a quote — your rate comes from the walkthrough.

Will it be ready for Sunday?

That’s the whole point. Most churches pick a Thursday or Friday visit so everything is fresh for the weekend. Mid-week meetings or Wednesday supper? We schedule around them.

How do you get in — keys and alarms?

A key, a door code or an alarm code on file — whatever you already use. Amanda texts when she arrives and when she locks up.

Do you bring supplies?

Yes, everything — vacuum, mop, cleaners. If the church stocks its own restroom paper and soap we restock from your supply; otherwise we can bring it and add it to the monthly rate.

Are you insured?

TODO: confirm with Amanda — yes/no and carrier.

What about revivals, funerals, VBS and events?

Tell us and we shift the visit. Extra cleans before or after big events are quoted as single visits and added to that month.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month. You get a written scope and one monthly price; cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. No long-term lock-in.
