Send a few photos for a ballpark, then Amanda walks the building with you — 20 minutes — to set the checklist by area and how often each item happens.
Step 2
One flat monthly rate
You get a written scope and a single monthly price. Small churches and offices under 5,000 sq ft typically land at $250–1,000/month depending on frequency; single visits run $85–250.
Step 3
30-day cancel · 24-hour fix-it
Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Anything missed is fixed within 24 hours of you telling us — that’s in writing.
Ranges are typical for Middle Georgia, not a quote — your rate comes from the walkthrough.
Here's all it takes:
- 1. Snap 2–6 photos — the main space, a restroom, the kitchen.
- 2. Tell us the address and a good day for a 20-minute walkthrough.
- 3. Amanda texts a ballpark, walks the building with you, and sends a written scope + one monthly rate.
