Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes — dogs, cats, the lot. Tell us about them in the notes so Amanda knows who’s home. Pet hair is part of a normal clean; litter boxes and accidents are add-on work, just ask.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything, including a vacuum. If you prefer a specific product or need fragrance-free, say so in the notes and she’ll use yours or bring the right thing.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave a key, a door code or a garage pin. Amanda texts when she arrives and when she’s done.
How long does a clean take?
A standard clean on a typical 3-bed home runs about 2–3 hours. Deep cleans and move-in / move-out cleans take longer — usually 4–6 hours depending on size and condition.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and it gets re-cleaned free. No forms, no debate — that’s the re-clean guarantee.
How do I pay?
Recurring visits are paid automatically after each clean — card or bank draft, your choice. One-time cleans are due on completion. No card is needed to get a quote.
